Percepciones sobre pensar críticamente en Colombia

Abstract

Éste es un artículo de reflexión sobre la primera fase del proyecto de investigación: Argumentación y desarrollo del pensamiento crítico en entornos digitales de aprendizaje. Se diseñó una fase inicial para comprender los elementos teóricos del pensamiento crítico e identificar la percepción de los estudiantes del curso Construyendo Ciudadanía y de la Licenciatura en Filosofía de la Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia (UNAD) con respecto al pensamiento crítico e identificar las categorías emergentes para elaborar un concepto de pensamiento crítico que permitiera fundamentar la elaboración de estrategias didácticas posteriores. En este sentido, en el artículo se plantearán los referentes teóricos del pensamiento crítico que va desde la escuela de Frankfurt a los planteamientos latinoamericanos, y las consideraciones de los estudiantes con respecto al pensamiento crítico.

Abstract: This is an article of reflection out of the research project Argumentation and critical thinking developing in digital learning contexts. An initial phase was designed to understand the theoretical elements of critical thinking and to identify the students’ perceptions on the course Building Citizenship and on the Philosophy Licentiate Bachelor programme at the Open and Distance National University –UNAD Colombia. The perceptions are in line with the critical thinking theory and also aimed to elaborate a concept that allows for founding the building of later didactic strategies. In that sense, the paper discusses the theoretical established referents for the comprehension of critical thinking from the views of the Frankfurt school and from the Latin-American postures, and the considerations given by the students.
